Tips to purchase a ticket

Which informationdo I need to by a ticket?

You will need the Name, Surname, date of birth and the ID/passport number of all participants, as well as their favorite type of tobacco.

Am I allowed to change a particiapant after a successful booking?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change a participant after a successful booking. Thank you for your understanding.

Why do I have to choose the type of tobacco upfront?

To avoid long waiting hours on board, we will prepare your hookah upfront. The hookah with your chosen tobacco will be provided at your reserved seat.

Am I allowed to change my tobacco after a successful booking?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your tobacco choice after the successful booking of your ticket.

 

Seat selection

What differences are there in the selection of decks?

The upper deck is an open one, without windows. The lower deck is a closed one, but the windows can be opened. 

Are there price differences for the different decks?

There is a difference in the price for the available seats.

Is it possible to book an additional ticket after a successful booking?

The booking of an additional ticket is possible, provided that tickets are still available in our shop.

Is it possible to change my seat after a successful booking?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your seat after a successful booking. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the duration of the event?

The duration of the event is about 2.5 hours. We kindly ask you to arrive at the pier 30 minutes before the start of the event to allow the boat to depart on time.

When and where will the event take place?

The starting time is mentioned on your ticket. The boat will depart at 

  • Rapperswill at Hensa: See Quai 2 / port, 8640 Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland
  • Zurich at Bürkliplatz: Pier 4, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland

 Please note for which event you have booked your ticket. Accordingly, be at the pier 30 minutes before the start.

 

Booking and Payment

What is included in the ticket price?

The ticket includes admission to the shisha event and the usage of one shisha. We will ask you to choose the tobacco for this while booking your ticket.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Unfortunately, a cancellation of the ticket is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.

What payment options are available?

We offer the following payment options:

  • Credit card (Mastercard, VISA)
  • TWINT
  • Maestro Card
  • PostFinance

The payment options offered for your order will be displayed during the ordering process.

How do I receive my ticket?

After the successful booking, your ticket will be available as a PDF download.

 

During the boat trip

When does the boarding and the event start?

The start of your event is indicated on your ticket. The entrance opens 30 minutes before. Please be there on time, unfortunately we cannot wait for individual participants to depart.

Is there a toilet on board?

The ships are equipped with toilets. 

Are drinks and snacks offered? 

Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as well as snacks can be purchased on board.

What are the rules on board?

Inside the ship is only allowed to smoke a hookah (provided by Dreams). Cigarettes can only be smoked on the designated outside deck.

What am I allowed to bring with me? 

Only bags of maximum size DIN A4 (30cm x 21cm x 15cm) are allowed on the boat. Please note that it is not possible to deposit larger bags.

Not allowed are:

  • Large backpacks, bags, suitcases and luggage
  • Cigars, e-shisha, e-cigarette, CBD, THC
  • Beverages, beverage containers of any kind, liquids of any kind
  • Food of all kinds
  • Gas spray cans, hairspray and large cosmetic products
  • Bulky items (umbrellas, motorcycle helmets, bicycles)
  • Guns, cutting weapons, stabbing weapons and weapons of all kinds
  • Glass and plastic bottles and cans
  • Animals
  • Pyrotechnic items
  • Drugs and intoxicants of all kinds

Please note that the size of your bag and its contents will be checked at the entrance.

How do I find my seats?

You will find your reserved seat on your ticket. The seats are signposted on board. If you are unable to find your seat, our staff will be happy to assist you.

Will there be a break at another pier during the trip?

During the 2-hour trip, no breaks are scheduled at piers. Only in case of emergency an exception will be made.

Who is liable in case of soiling or damage?

The costs of a standard cleaning are covered by us or by our partners. Any soiling that requires special cleaning will be charged to the booking party. The same applies to damage caused by the customer in and on the boat as well as to the shisha equipment provided.

Where can I find information about the privacy policy?

We treat your personal data confidentially nd in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. In order to familiarize yourself with our data protection regulations, we recommend that you read our privacy policy.

What kind of data do I need to provide when booking a ticket and how is it used?

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore only collect the data that is required to process your ticket order. This data is only transmitted to third parties if this is absolutely necessary to fulfill your ticket order.

In the event of storms, fog, high water or ice formation, no guarantee can be given for adherence to the confirmed travel times. 

Ticket return and rebooking

Can I return or cancel my ticket?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or cancel your ticket. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I change my ticket to another participant?

If you are unable to attend the event, you can transfer your ticket to another participant. The change of name can only be made by the ticket purchaser and can only be made in advance of the event by sending an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. An expense allowance will be charged, which must be paid in advance. After you have sent us an e-mail with your print@home ticket and all the details of the new participant (name, ID number, e-mail address, etc.), a new event ticket (print@home ticket) will be issued and sent to you by e-mail. The original purchaser is responsible for forwarding the ticket to the new participant. Further information is available in our Terms & Conditions.

I have lost my ticket, what shall I do?
