Tobacco

To smoke a hookah, a moist tobacco is used. It is composed of a mixture of raw tobacco, glycerin and flavors. Especially in Europe, flavored tobacco is smoked. Shisha tobacco is available in many different flavors (see our tobacco menu). The most popular varieties include two apples, grape and mint.

Tobacco substitudes - nikotine free

A hookah may also be smoked with a tobacco substitute. The basic principle is the same, a carrier material is soaked with glycerin and flavors and heated like conventional shisha tobacco. Unlike tobacco, the carrier materials do not contain nicotine, but it may be present in the added liquid.

Charcole

Shisha charcoal is often made from pressed coconut shells with a high calorific value. Other types of natural charcoal are made from orange or olive tree wood. Natural coals cannot be lit with a conventional lighter. It is crucial to heat this charcoal with a hotter heat source, such as a charcoal lighter, and glowed through to the core.

We only use natural charcoal - coconut charcoal. It burns longer and allows to regulate the resulting heat.
